Greg Tomchin has been our attorney for about 5 years now. I went to at least 6 or more attorneys prior to finding Mr. Tomchin & none of them could do anything to help me & only took my money! Mr. Tomchin knows real estate law & is honest even during difficult times! He has taken care of numerous issues & won a lawsuit for us that all of the other attorneys I went to had no knowledge about even though they advertised & said they practiced in this area. I saw Gregory once and that was on the date of the closing 8/28/2009. His paralegal was my primary contact up to that date. I was referred to him for residential real estate legal matters by a Bank of America mortgage loan officer.
Primary contact was with paralegal in firm. She was very responsive and helpful as I was relocating to Charlotte area from Buffalo, NY area. I only saw the attorney on the date of the real estate closing on August 28, 2009.
Greg Tomchin was my company’s attorney. Behind my back he met with partners and their family members to discuss the scrapping of my company. This advice I was unaware of resulted in a 12 million dollar a year company firing 40 employees and being scrapped for pennies on the dollar. When I called Greg and his office to draft up an agreement Greg refused to speak with me, let alone write up the agreement I asked for. I have never seen such disdain and respect for the law and bar’s code of ethics.
