I would highly recommend, he did a great job!
He is straight forward, and knows what he is talking about
Do not hire Christopher Connelly for criminal cases. Christopher is a traffic ticket lawyer. I didn't know this until it was too late. He bullied me into taking a plea agreement with the Federal government. Promised me I would get probation. I spent 40 months for a crime i didn't commit. When I found out I would do time, I told him to pull the plea agreement and take it to trial. Christopher refused. I asked Christopher to pull account records which would have shown i was not involved. He refused. When I get out of prison I got the account records pulled. The records show that the account i was accused of using didn't exist. I contacted Christopher and told him what i found. He told me I can't help you, that would mean I didn't do my job. No kidding. Now I'm a convicted felon. I'm stuck for the rest of my life. Please don't let Christopher lead you down the same path.
My experience with Conelly leaves me with no choice but to advise against retaining his services for significant legal matters. The client had to FIRE Conelly in a high profile case. Conelly clearly has an interest, financial, and not the client's best interest in mind. He is unable to recognize obvious legal flaws and has faulty understanding of the law. Rather than examining relevant case histories to contest the prosecution's claims, Conelly seemed to focus on researching maximum sentences, which he then uses as scare tactics, regardless of the client's history as a first-time offender. He relied on heavy-handed strategies to further his interests, choosing to bully the client into submission instead of engaging in open discussions about the intricacies of the case. His demeanor was frequently condescending and dismissive, and he either lacked a solid grasp of legal principles or deliberately misrepresented them to achieve his goals.
