Hired Attorney Mr. John-Russell Pate

Attorney Pate and his team for New Orleans have helped my family and lots of Virgin Islanders. We worked for Hess many many years and they never tell us about asbestos. I even wear my clothes home with asbestos dust and my wife take my clothes to wash for many years at my house. My kids come out and hug me at the door. This was all very dangerous and Hess knew this. And even the 1970s OHSA rules say they have to tell the workers - but they never did - they hide it from us. Attorney Pate fight for us. God Bless.

Thank you. We appreciate your prayers and encouragement. Though I never pray for a specific case result, I do asked for the Lord's help to give me strength to do the best I can for my clients everyday.

Hired Attorney Mr. John-Russell Pate

Russell Pate stopped working on the case mid stream without resigning representation. I lost big time without ability to appeal. Di not hire him.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
