When it became apparent divorce was not the solution for our situation, Rusty Webb was not afraid to suggest to us a marriage counselor and was willing to help us rather than push for the divorce. Excellent, caring, and very knowledgeable.

Got the results we were looking for but felt like we did the majority of the work. It was obvious that Mr Webb was very knowledgeable and carried a lot of clout with the court but at the end of the day felt like we should have received a refund due to supplying most of the ideas and most of the work related to the creation of any exhibits. I think in our instance I would estimate he earned 600.00 to 800.00 dollars per hour.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
