Tony O’Dell (Bar No. 5770), admitted to the West Virginia bar in 1991, is a seasoned personal injury trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience handling complex matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, brain injury, birth injuries, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, nursing home neglect, and insurance bad faith. I first contacted Mr. O'Dell after being involved in an automobile accident. Since my first experience went very well, I knew after the unexpected death of my mother that Mr. O'Dell would be who I wanted to represent me in a Medical Malpractice suit. Again, I couldn't have asked for better representation. Even the staff at Tiano and O'Dell were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Tony O'Dell to family, friends and acquaintances without hesitation!
