Founded in 1996, The Giatras Law Firm, PLLC assists with numerous legal challenges, including Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Automobile Accidents issues. From our office in Charleston, the firm’s attorneys deliver exceptional counsel and service to the Metro area clients.

The only thing that I disliked about his service was when it came down to negotiations with the other party. Even though I asked for guidance, he insisted that it was my decision and did not provide any advice. As a result, I settled for much less. It doesn't feel too good when you make a decision and then your lawyer tells you that you should have held out because he could have gotten you a much larger settlement. His firm was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with my case.
I am just know getting to learn about this law firm, as far as I have read about them, the lawyeis and firm take great passion in helping their clients with a well established, structured, and solid case. Which means a lot of probono work. What it seems too stand out is the over all concern they have for their fellow undergraded person. Which is just what I am looking for in a firm as we help one another to build our case. We cross reference all our folders, research, and humanly bodied theories. I could actually converter letting them take a look at my findings.
I contacted Troy Giatras and had a 30 minute discussion about my case. Troy said he would get back to me in a few days. It has been over 7 weeks and i have yet to hear back. Needless to say, i hired a different firm in Charleston.
