Robert V. Berthold, Jr. has over 44 years of legal experience and a strong focus on medical malpractice cases, including birth and brain injuries. His practice also includes coal mining accidents, product liability, auto and trucking accidents, industrial incidents, and insurance bad faith claims. Notably, he served as co-counsel in a $50 million jury verdict in 2002, one of the top 100 verdicts in the United States that year.
