Karen H. Miller has experience in Labor Consulting for Management, Employment and Labor Law, Wage and Hour Issues, Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and in matters relating to the National Labor Relations Act. Karen H. Miller has been practicing law in the State of West Virginia for over 38 years. In 1985, she became the first female attorney in West Virginia to found her own Labor and Employment law firm. She was born and raised in Charleston. In 1991, she married David S. Miller, and they remained happily married until his passing in 2016. Together, they raised four children Kelly, David, Jr., Jessica, and Russell.
