Joseph L. Amos, Jr. is deeply rooted in Charleston, WV, where he was born and raised. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the West Virginia College of Business and Economics and also a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from the same institution.
Joe was admitted to the West Virginia University College of Law. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and completed an internship at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C.
Upon graduation from law school, Joe returned to his hometown of Charleston, where he joined Miller & Amos. Focusing on labor and employment law, general business, and civil litigation, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice.
