Everything started well. Jack claimed I was lucky to have got him as my attorney. He was once a federal prosecutor so you would think he would know something about getting his client at the very least, a shorter sentence. I was given more time than I ever dreamed. I had letters written from promenant people of the community, I had a audience that showed up to support me in court. I had a drug problem that led to my charges. My probation officer said there was no issues in the year I spent on probation before my sentencing. I turned my life around with thanks to the probation. Jack (John) was unable to even get the judge to take 1 minute off of a full on sentence. I'm not claiming innocence but I was over-sentenced by more than a few years thanks to Mr. Tinney. Hire him if you want extra years of prison. He came to court unprepared, stuttered when asked questions by the judge and didn't say 1 thing at sentencing to help me. It's like he forgot everything about my case.
