Jennifer was a litigation attorney with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC for 10 years, where she concentrated on the areas of civil rights defense, employment law and education law. Prior to that, she was a law clerk from the Honorable Circuit Judge Charles M. Vickers in Fayetteville, WV. Jennifer has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for 2014 and 2015.

Jennifer is also admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
