Hired Attorney Franki L. Parsons

I had a _great_ experience working with Franki Parsons of Ray, Winton, and Kelley on a guardianship case in summer/fall 2020. I live outside West Virginia, and my case was complex. Franki immediately grasped the particulars of my situation, and was very thorough in reviewing all the materials in support of the petition. She maintained excellent communication via email and phone. When there were decisions to make, Franki oriented me, but waited for my choice on what I wanted to do. I appreciate the depth of experience Franki and the firm brought to my case. The high caliber of Franki's professionalism is a major reason my case had such a good resolution. Franki's competent, cordial, and problem-solving approach facilitated her interactions with the GAL, and also the other attorney involved.
