Mike has helped me in many different areas of the law since 2020 (ie: Wrongful death, malpractice, estate planning, probate, deposition, bad faith claim, family law) Mike always goes above and beyond for me as he does with all clients. He is my attorney for everything. He is the most down to earth, straight forward, dedicated lawyer around. He truly cares about the little guy and doesn't hesitate to litigate with multi-billion dollar corporations when he realizes the the huge disadvantage an average person has. He is David and will fearlessly go after Goliath. He is an amazing lawyer and human being.

The best lawyers in town as far as i am concerned. Mr delgiudice and Mr lafon are down to earth and treats everyone with respect and dignity ! I have called upon this firm several times over the years and they have always responded in a helpful and timely manner. I would never consider another law firm.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
