Andy Herrick is an Associate at the Charleston office of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC.
In 2004, Andy graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA, with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Music. Andy is a HOMES scholarship award winner for outstanding musical student. In 2006, Andy graduated from West Virginia University Eberly College of Arts and Sciences in Morgantown, West Virginia, with a Master’s Degree in U.S. History. During Graduate School, Andy was a recipient of the Academic Achievement Award for Graduate Studies.
In May 2013, Andy received the Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law. While in law school, Andy was a Member of the West Virginia Innocence Project where he worked closely with State Senators, Delegates and law enforcement officials in getting an amended eyewitness identification bill passed. Andy was an active Officer in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society as well as an Officer in the Employment and Labor Law Society while at the WVU College of Law.
As an Associate at Bailey & Wyant, Andy will be focusing his practice in General Civil Litigation.
Andy is originally from New Martinsville, West Virginia. He currently lives in Dunbar with his wife, Stacy.
