I was very pleased with how Ken Peck represented my in my family law case. He asked me what I wanted to achieve and worked hard to obtain it. Although attorneys can be expensive, I feel that I got great service from Ken for the fees that he charged me. I heartily recommend him.
Ken Peck is a very diligent attorney who worked hard on behalf of my children and me. He was very good at answering my phone calls and emails. I felt that I was fully informed at all times. He listened closely to what I told him and provided me with excellent ideas for minimizing costs and protecting my children. I highly recommend him as a divorce and child custody attorney.
Fathers, if you are looking for custody of your children, this is not the firm for you. It became evident after they accepted payment that they did not have any confidence in their ability to win a case for a father if the mother was not incarcerated or deceased.
Mr. Ken Peck was my divorce lawyer for a year and he was an enormous failure. He did not solve my case, he wasted my time, was very expensive, and I had to find another lawyer. He was extremely hard to reach, it normally took 2-4 weeks of bothering his paralegal before I could schedule a call with him. He’d spend half the call (at $400 an hour) talking about military history or whatever was on his mind. When the opposing party came up with a bogus claim about a conflict of interest, Mr. Peck immediately dropped my case and did not defend me. Absolute waste of my time and money. I found a new lawyer who actually finished the job and defended me.
Even when I spoke with the owner Ken Peck about the problems I was encountering, I mentioned that I had a bad experience and would like to meet with him to discuss the details. He said he would check his calendar and get back with me. He never called back, hence why I am sharing this publicly now.
I have been having difficulty getting any results from Mr. Peck for the past 3 years. He was very responsive until he deposited my retainer fee. I needed help with getting child support and parenting time changed - this should have taken at most a few months - after my first meeting with Mr. Peck he kept dropping the ball, would not return my emails or calls and then blamed everything on either his summer law intern or his health. I started working with him in February 2010 and it is now 7/12
