Hired Law Firm

Derek Dean is dishonest in their practices. He knowingly sent documents to a wrong address, then added additional costs when discussing the financial impact related to the mistake. This practice promises rapid resolutions, but this issue has dragged on for over a year and at significant financial cost due to their failure to effectively communicate. Once the issue was identified, he failed to accept any responsibility, even though his own documents showed he was at fault. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, he charged $420 for "negotiating." This lawyer believes he can take advantage of clients, and this is unacceptable in any professional.

Hired Law Firm

Derrick Dean is a crook. He collects money for his clients and treats the customers like dirt . He sends out statements that after you pay the fees on statement the account suddenly grows where you owe him more money . Whats worse he has a nasty attitude. If you ask for an itemized statement he won"t give you . He treats his business like a mafia , using bully tactics .

Hired Law Firm

Derek is an absolute bottom feeder as far as lawyers go. He collects hefty fees, ( which he refuses to itemize or send a real invoice for) yet doesn’t respond or acknowledge calls or emails. Also incredibly unprofessional and rude on an overall basis. A potato would do a better job and actually earn their salary. Derek is an embarrassment to lawyers everywhere and likely his family too.

Hired Attorney Derek F. Dean

Derek Dean is the absolute worst person in the law field I have ever dealt with. He is non responsive, and when he is - is rude. He also overcharges and is known for excessive billing. His purposeful lack of communication allow him to continue to bill you so he in effect churning fees. Besides being unethical this is likely also illegal on some level. He charged me over $800 for a couple days work and with no itemized invoice - just demanded it over email and used questionable collection practixes. He is a step away from disbarement. Steer clear
