Comment: I have to start by saying the review of 11/4/11 has to be bogus. If you knew or had any experience with Nancy Vavra, you would know exactly what I mean. Review: Nancy Vavra is a highly experience attorney with many years of litigation experience but her special strength is in mediation. Mediation proved to be the crux of my experience, but I have absolutely no doubt that if my case came to litigation, Ms Vavra would have excelled in her representation.

Nancy Vavra somehow manages to deal with complex issues in a timely manner at half the cost of so-called top lawyers who heavily bill younger ineffective associates. She achieves results quickly despite the inherently slow family court process in South Carolina. Remarkably, in my particular case, she succeeded in bringing DSS to interact with us in a matter of a couple of weeks when my previous top lawyer had failed in 3 months of trying. She is clearly passionate and fully committed.

She bullied me and did not fight for me, as a result I lost full custody of my son. She did not work in a timely manner. she was unprofessional. She had me filling out a financial declaration while at the same time reviewing the custody agreement just minutes before going in front of the judge.
