Working with this lawyer was an awful experience. She was guardian ad lidem assigned to my mother's case. She recommended my mother be left in the care of a convicted 80 year old felon who was dying of cancer. She lied to the court by ommission of facts and failure to read doctor reports. My mother died 45 days after her final hearing. The 80 year old felon died 4 months later. My mother was 67. The only thing This lawyer did promptly was calculate her over $20,000 fee, the amount she charges for assisting in the death of your loved one. I did not hire her. She was assigned by the court. She saw fit to make my mother a ward of the state and collect a fee rather than give her to her me, her daughter, in another state where she would have been cared for. But then the guardian ad lidem fee would have stopped and no 20k payday for her.
