Kevin is a founding equity partner of Luzuriaga Mims, LLP. Kevin has been involved with the defense of numerous complex construction defect cases, representing general contractors, developers, subcontractors and owners. His practice also includes products liability, general civil litigation, and defending concurrent jurisdiction claims brought under the South Carolina Workers Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harbor workers' compensation Act. Kevin is a 1998 cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 2001 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law.
