Charleston native John W. Molony is the owner and sole managing member of John W. Molony Law Firm, LLC, where he personally oversees each case. With a focus on defending clients facing DUI and criminal charges, Molony brings a dedicated approach to criminal defense. A graduate of Porter-Gaud School’s 12 Year Society, Molony went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University, where he double-majored in English and History and studied abroad at Université Catholique de l’Ouest in Angers, France. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
