I called Mr Krouner's office to see if I had a potential case. I was a little anxious as the statue of limitation to submit my case was two months away. I spoke to a young lady, Samantha, who I believe was the para, and told me that she would present my case to the attorney to see if he would take my case as the deadline was approaching. She called me back and told me he was aware of the deadline and asked scheduled me for an intake which took about an hour. She told me she would get back to me in 2 or 3 days so the attorney could review everything. I waited THREE WEEKS and they never returned my calls. Instead they sent me a letter saying telling me they were not take my case because I felt they were not sufficiently responsive and they were aware I had a statutory deadline and should quickly find another attorney. Seriously??? How arrogant and disrespectful.
