I am a Real Estate Agent. I have had many closing with Mr. Tanner. He is always great at explaining all the forms and exactly what my clients are signing. He keeps things moving while making sure it is not overwhelming. His prices are reasonable and clear. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Very courteous staff. Excellent communications and able to explain issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Very helpful in pointing out areas to consider and future planning suggestions.
Don't waste your time with him, says he will do something and does not. Called and emailed over month for him to make a phone call. He is just to busy to spare the time, no worry though that the client is loosing money daily while you wait on him.
He likes to talk, as long as you're paying. Despite quickly using up the retainer, he didn't help to resolve the dispute in any way. The one item he produced is something I could have found on the web or written myself, for significantly (as in $1000) less. I agree with the other poster, he's useless, and his lack of productivity isn't cheap, either.
