Mr. Joey N Hamby

Saying that Joey is "very good at what he does" would be a huge understatement. He is the absolute best in the business. Joey is an incredibly competent and experienced lawyer. He took every step possible in order to ensure the best result for my case. He was proactive and always many steps ahead of the prosecution. He was also creative in his timing and strategy. It was not an easy case by any means but against all odds Joey was able to have all of the charges dropped. He saved me from humiliation, prison and injustice. I believe that many other attorneys would have settled for a lesser result. Joey was not satisfied with anything short of the most ideal result, which is exactly what he achieved. He met with my family and me multiple times to give us updates on the case and set expectations throughout the process. He treated all of us with absolute kindness and respect. If there was any attorney I would literally bet my life on, it is Joey Hamby.

I've only needed a lawyer once before, for criminal defense, so when I needed a lawyer in another emergency situation, I pulled the business card out of my wallet and called again. I was connected to Mr. Hamby, on a holiday, to explain my situation and what I was looking for. Ultimately, it turns out that the kind of lawyer I needed was not within his firm's area of expertise. What impressed me though was that he was able to politely take charge of the conversation, ask me simple and straightforward questions, and get to the conclusion in a short amount of time. It might seem silly to leave a positive review for a consultation that ended with "I'm not the lawyer you need," but that's just the reality of the situation. A less talented person might have had me going in circles, explaining things over and over again, misunderstanding what I was asking for and so on. I really appreciated his professionalism and skill. I'd definitely hire him in the future.

I had 2 great friends being accused of murder which they both absolutely were not a party of & after telling Mr. Hamby their situation, Joey told them under his wing & supported them all the way.
