Excellent Lawyer
I’ve wanted to review David Tuggle for awhile, not Ive been dealing with failing health and ssdi (on my own). He left my case to an assistant who answered the phone with “What do you want l?” never helped me. I left messages for Mr. Tuggle and didn’t receive callbacks. When the assistant left right before my hearing was coming up, the new one called that they couldn’t find my file information. I had to resend taxes and medical information! Despite my doing the work twice, he was unprepared for my hearing. The judge gave him a few weeks to get more to her. He still didn’t do it all. This is not just my opinion. I have a long denial, mentioning what he did wrong in nearly every paragraph. I also heard from every lawyer in the area I tried to hire for my appeal that they don’t want to clean up another of David’s messes. I did the appeal on my own and won, but it took two years, o lost a ton of money, and will be paying interest on what I borrowed forever. Pick another law firm.
