Kept calling his client the wrong name during trial, didn't let the court know his assistant had a presentation to present to help his client so she couldn't present it , didn't call the only two eye witnesses that could of cleared his client, took 20,000 and did nothing! Let his client be prosecuted past their 120! Im not sure if He's be paid by prosecutors but he's definitely out here throwing cases and shouldn't be lawyer!
I took my iPhone 4, iPad 1, and 17" MacBook to Mr. Zopf to be examined. There was indications that my devices may have been hacked. There is spyware software such as Flexispy, Mspy, Mobile Spy, and Phonesheriff. He told me to buy a prepaid phone and give me my number, which I did. He quoted that it would cost over $100,000 to forensically examine the devices and bring a suit forth. He returned my devices. A few days after receiving my devices back, I was looking at a website when I received a text from him on the prepaid phone calling me sleazy. He was some how able to tell what I was looking at on my computer. It was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had with an attorney in my life. I do not recommend him.
