About Gail Rogers

I attended undergraduate school from 1988 – 1992 and graduated from Illinois College in May 1992 magna cum laude. I attended Southern Illinois University School of Law 1992 – 1995 and graduated December 1995 with a Juris Doctorate degree. While attending law school, I had an externship at the Jackson County Public Defender’s Office and also worked at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic at the law school.

I was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in May of 1996. Therefore, I have been in practice for over twenty years.

I began in private practice with a law firm in Springfield, Illinois which handled family law, bankruptcy and other miscellaneous legal issues. I practiced at the Sangamon County State’s Attorney’s Office and Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Offices Child Support Enforcement Divisions for 15 years collectively. Therefore, I have a strong handle on all child support issues. I again worked in private practice with a law firm in Champaign, Illinois handling mostly family law and some probate work.

Hired Attorney Gail Rogers

Where to begin? Gail is a dream of an attorney! We have spent several thousand dollars and wasted substantial time with other ineffective attorneys before finding Gail. Our first meeting with her was low pressure and highly impressive. In only a few months’ time Gail has made significant progress in our case, and she has been both communicative and committed. Gail is thoroughly professional yet very personable. The most significant point is that she KNOWS the law(s) and she will do her very best to help her clients navigate through such a challenging system. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of her and how reassured we are by having her on our side. Please don’t hesitate to meet with her, at the very least, and let her help you through what can be a stressful and expensive situation.

Gail was very easy to work with. She advised me on all the necessary steps to sell my condo and then processed all the required paperwork and represented me at the closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their real estate on their own without a realtor.
