Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Brian King, a family law attorney, has demonstrated unethical and harmful practices, prioritizing financial gain over his client’s interests. He fails to communicate, disregards critical evidence, and shares confidential information with opposing counsel. Despite his client providing clear evidence of threats and harm, he has dismissed these concerns, minimized their seriousness, and refused to advocate effectively. He failed to advocate for his client in court, even when the court did not review the evidence, leaving the client unsupported and vulnerable. Additionally, the family court system has compounded the harm by denying due process and accepting false information from the opposing side. The lack of accountability from both Mr. King and the court has left the client feeling exploited and powerless. Instead of supporting healing and resolution, Mr. King’s behavior has caused additional emotional harm to his client and their
Brian King had his license to practice law suspended and upheld by the supreme court because he was stealing his clients money and money from the firm he was working for. He was the absolute worst lawyer I have ever hired/encountered. He was always late, He lied, and would double charge for things and not file motions in a case where he was up against the same firm he stole money from Martinkus & COLE Law. I would highly advise all possible seeking clients to do their due diligence when hunting for a good lawyer, THIS LAWYER BRIAN KING IS NOT THE ONE. Don't just take my word, Look him up and see for yourself.
Brian King is not a good family law attorney. He pretends to be on his client’s side until he’s gets the money he wants drops the ball left and right, gives information to the other side that was said in private by his client, he and his office staff never contact the client. I believe his billing is questionable because there’s little to no communication with the client about what is going on and he never does anything to support his client. There’s evidence of questionable behavior on his part. He supports the other side to win, makes things difficult for his client, it is quite frustrating when he contradicts what he tells the client and contradicts the truth. He refuses to communicate to his client to provide thorough information so that the client can best support the interest of their children. I can’t imagine how much better my life would be alone than with an attorney who supported the trauma imposed by the family court, even encouraged the family court trauma.
