I found the Calkins law firm to be very responsive. I appreciated being able to talk directly to Ben without going through any "gate guards." He provided a lot of great advice before I even actually hired the firm. Ben also provided contact information and recommendations for non-legal folks who could assist us with other needs we had in preparing the real property for sale. He always responded to my messages quickly--as did Doug, the other Calkins attorney that worked with me. They were very flexible in meeting the desires of our buyer. In summary, I highly recommend this firm if you need help with a real estate transaction.

Hired Calkins Law for legal advice on a Sell-Side transaction. Mr. Calkin and his staff very extremely knowledgeable and efficient in structuring the transaction and moving the process forward. There are many obstacles to be negotiated in M&A transactions. My experience has been that some law firms can find solutions to obstacles and move the process forward. Calkins Law Firm was able to find quick solutions toward completing the transaction.
