Truly unimpressed with Ms. Patra's litigation skills. Overcharged for everything and depleted retainer with no significant successes in the litigation process. Seemed to have a reasonable plan of action but failed to execute the plan. She is ineffective as an attorney and would not recommend to anyone seeking legal assistance.
Ms. Patra's portrayed the illusion of an experienced attorney. Her inexperience and timidness quickly became apparent to the serious detriment to my case. She failed to recognize areas of vulnerability that that opposing counsel readily took advantage of. She rapidy sucked down my massive retainer and then elected to abandon my case when learning of financial hardships and pending bankruptcy. I was completely dissatisfied with Ms. Patra's service. I would not recommend to anyone.
Amy Patras is a horrible attorney. She will charge you an absurd rate to do nothing. She is unintelligent and unmotivated. She makes her by being one of three attorneys in a tiny town. Ie there is no comparison. Bottom line: she will do nothing and charge and absurd rate.
Expensive, non-assertive attorney. Spent an inordinate amount of time and my resources with no strategy nor gain.
