Hired Attorney Robert Mercaldi

I had about a handful of tickets for driving with a suspended registration due to an insurance lapse. I did all the necessary things after getting the tickets: surrendered plates, obtained a letter from my insurance company that showed I was insured, and a vehicle inspection. I contacted Rob and I am happy that I did! He originally thought that he could get my misdemeanor down to just a 0 point parking violation but to our surprise he was able to get the entire case dismissed. I definitely recommend Rob especially if your cases are in suffolk courts. He is always at the courts so it would be best to reach him after court or leave a voicemail. He is very good at returning phone calls just be patient.

Hired Attorney Robert Mercaldi

Excellent services, very helpful & knowledgable. Negotiated an extremely fair solution and was considerate for advising against future long term damages rather then suggesting a simple plea and penalty. I was very impressed & satisfied and highly recommend this attorney.
