I had a very difficult criminal case. I was not guilty of what I was accused of. Mr. Brocato is a trial attorney. Most attorneys just try to plea you out, but Mr. Brocato didn’t stop until he proved my innocence.
He had a very difficult case and did the best possible plea deal under the circumstances. He was kind and compassionate and believed in me which was imperative to win this case. He was new to defensive as he was formally a ADA for Suffolk County. He was an A, T and B attorney and without him I believe that I would still be in prison.
I had a terrible experience with Christopher Charles Brocato and his racist front desk representative. Not only did this representative openly display their dislike for black clients, but they also refused to assist me in a timely manner. It was clear that they had no respect for me or my case. I also found out that Christopher Charles Brocato has a history of working for the assistant D.A office, where he is known for wrongfully imprisoning innocent individuals. It is clear that he has a prejudiced attitude towards certain clients and believes in the notion of guilty until proven guilty. Additionally, when I tried to address my concerns with the front desk representative, they dismissed me and told me to "kick rocks." This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend Christopher Charles Brocato or his team to anyone, especially those who are seeking fair and just legal representation. Despite my case being left to him, and several detailed conversations, it is clear this man has no idea what my case is about and his error filled filings show how incompetent he is and the lack of the fundamental case details. What a nightmare.
Absolute terror and nightmare to work with. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and arrogant this man is.
