Hired Attorney Mr. James Vilos

Bottom line up front- James D. “Mitch” Vilos is the real deal. He got my gun rights back in a very challenging situation. I found Mitch several years after my original case wrapped up when I was attempting to get my gun rights back. The attorney that referred me to him stated, “Mitch literally wrote the book on gun rights in Utah”. From the very beginning the man was a straight shooter. His preparation (including preparing me for court), communication, discretion, expertise on the subject matter and responsiveness were second to none. He is honest in his dealings and even his billing was precise. Going into the final court date, Mitch had to deal with an opposing motion from the district attorney’s office but ultimately, Mitch won the case. All charges were reduced, and gun rights were restored. He had extreme preparation and understanding of all aspects of my case. The man is an absolute professional and I am very grateful and blessed that I found him.
