Definitely do not recommend. Ken has been my grandparents attorney for YEARS with no issues until now. We just found out my cousin was able to go in person(without my grandma) to Ken’s office and get papers drawn up assigning my elderly grandma’s property to him, under the guise that “she might be going in a nursing home”. Well thank God my grandma called Ken’s office on her own and the secretary mentioned to her they had the new paperwork for her to sign over her 30 acres and other assets (including her home!) to my cousin. Ken’s office did not do any due diligence, almost allowing my 89 year old grandmother to be swindled out of everything she owns. My grandma could not believe her own attorney would draw up papers assigning ownership of HER PROPERTY without ever talking to his own client/property owner. Do not trust Ken or his office to have your best interest in mind.
