easy going, listens and does what he has to do
Roger did settle my claim, but he wasn't very compassionate. My case was settled for $15,000 more than what Roger considered "maximum the other side will offer." After he told me he will only take 20% from the settlement, he decided to charge me $250 extra. This was part of the agreement I signed over a year before the settlement. He made sure to call me so there would be no paper trail. He told me "I'm shocked they are even offering this, lets say yes now!" I emailed him summarizing what we talked about. He ignored that email. I found out what he did a month later when I saw that my check is $250 lower. He doesn't care about clients. He is going through the motions. Takes forever to respond. Acts like he works for the government! Overall he is slightly below average, but for someone that will potentially take few thousand dollars from you (like he did in my case), he should be much better!
