Had an affair with the woman (he was married as well) then represented the woman he was sleeping with in their divorce. He used information against the x husband in court that was in learned in confidence. He was sentenced to 2 years probation and still allowed to practice. He is not ethical..he also fails to post this on his website or the fact that he got in trouble for not disclosing to clients that he doesnt carry malpractice insurance.
