Hired Attorney

We do not feel our interests were appropriately protected during lease assignment negotiations Mr. Bergstrom conducted for us. As the result, we discovered we were facing indefinite continued financial liability on our assigned lease long after the sale of our dental practice. Due to Mr. Bergstrom's disinterest in resolving this matter, we had to retain and pay another attorney to negotiate the appropriate release of liability with the landlord, two and half years after the sale.
