Hired Attorney Mr. Bryan Villarreal

Hire Bryan Villarreal if you need the best attorney in Noth Georgia, we had gone through 3 law firms that had turned us down on my Dads estate problem, and we noticed Bryans office as we were coming out of Cedartowns courthouse. My Brother and I decided to try it one more time, the minute we sat down with Bryan we knew we wanted him to handle our case , Bryan had a preliminary plan before we left his office. My Dad had married a woman a year before he passed at 87, and she had his will changed the day after his marriage, I found out after he had died being the executor we had almost nothing to work with. But Bryan took the case and him and his staff Amanda did a tremendous job. At one point Bryan had my Dads new wife going to jail for contempt if she had not finished negotiating, which she did immediately. If you need an attorney for any sort of case in North Georgia, give Bryan or Amanda a call or you are missing out. Roger Bruton

BRYAN VILLAREAAL: Took our estate case when it was all but lost by two other firms in Rome Ga., we had almost given up when we saw his law office right across from Polk Co. Courthouse, we stopped in asked some questions, and made an appointment with Bryan to go over our case, from the first time we talked to him we knew we really had a chance to straighten our mess out. Bryan set down with us set up a plan and then a goal for each phase of what we had to do. At first we thought we were moving to slow, but in the end there was always a reason for what he was doing and each and every time, he did what he said what he would do. Our last court hearing on Feb. 9, 2019. I actually went into the courthouse with pepto capsules in my pocket. But Bryan was head and shoulders above our oppositions attorney, prepared and went through there attorney like a pit bull. From our expierence if you need an attorney in this area, you are wasting your money if you do not hire Bryan Villarreal.

Hired Attorney Brad J. McFall

Brad McFall was recommended by a friend and we were blessed to have found him. He worked with us a case of custody of our granddaughter. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
