B.K. Didn't know the law or procedures that a professional lawyer would. Had little knowledge of the facts about my wifes case and she made us look like fools for trusting this lawyer. She had to be schooled by the judge on the difference between certain charges. Aww WHAT. B.K. Never received important paperwork from the attorney general's office because she couldn't figure out her own mailing address. However, the judge was able to read it to us all. How Embarrassing is that. B. K. Then tried to blame anyone & everyone for her incompetence on our dime. This all could have been A NON ISSUE, IF THIS LAWYER KNEW THE RULES, LAW, BECAUSE THIS CASE WASN'T EVEN ELIGIBLE FOR EXPUNGEMENT PER THE NEW GUIDELINES. SHE DIDN'T KNOW THE LAW OR SHES A PREDATORY LAWYER OUT TO COLLECT THE MONEY. I SUGGEST THE Krupp law firm as they have straight fee set up for a lot of court issues. Example: Krupp expungement $1500.
