Hired Attorney Timothy S. Semelroth

Tim did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress of our lawsuit. He was patient while answering our many questions and did his best to educate us on the process as we went. Although he has many clients and is very busy, he never acted rushed or hurried us through anything. He always gave us his full attention.

Hired Attorney Timothy S. Semelroth

Before hiring Tim I had been fighting with the Insurance Company to get them to pay for my surgery. Within 7 days of hiring Tim my surgery was approved and scheduled. After, surgery Tim took care of my case which allowed me concentrate on healing instead of fighting with the Insurance Company. Throughout the process Tim kept me informed of my case, and was able to complete my case with minimal participation on my part.
