I would recommend going somewhere else if you have a work comp claim for a serious injury, or what would be deemed a difficult case such as a reinjury or exacerbation of previous injuries. Bob Rush retired after signing a contract for my representation, and then pushed me off to a less experienced Tony Olson. I gave Mr. Rush an opportunity to make good on our agreement and he refused showing his lack of integrity. I feel Tony Olson worked directly with the opposing counsel to limit their losses and screw me out of my indemnity. When I questioned him, he withdrew from my case leaving me without representation! He may be good at dog bite cases, maybe he should stick to that. Thanks for nothing Rush Nicholson!
