One of our distributors went bankrupt. We should've been recognized as a secured creditor. Zylstra would not reply to my emails and did not file required documents on time. It is now nine years later and the final trustee's report shows us as an unsecured creditor whose documents were "tardily filed". Even though other secured and unsecured creditors are getting paid, we are getting nothing. Of course Zylstra got paid.
