Hired Attorney

Ms. Heffern on learning about the assets in the marriage, colluded with the opposing attorney to not only create issues that resulted in more billable hours for her, but was also dishonest & opaque with the client. She agreed to things with the opposing counsel without the knowledge & consent of the client. Her demands for attorney fee were excessive and unreasonable. She is unresponsive and her work incompetent. She was asked to withdraw even though there was limited time ahead of the trial.
