Hired Attorney

Horrible, absolutely horrible! Caroline Record, Esq. of Hill Wallack took me and my attorney for a ride for 9 months by having us jump through different hoops to have her HOA client remit payment for my services rendered all the while knowing she had NO defense, but she surely had a conflict of interest in representing this particular HOA! The Rules of Professional Conduct do not matter to these attorneys. I prevailed, but this mill of attorneys are just horrible and despicible! They are far from professional, have no morals and Caroline Record is a liar!
