Hired Attorney E. Jay Overson

During Covid, and my incarceration in Nevada, Mr. Overson faced extreme challenges with my two multi felony fraud cases. He was always very clear and concise in his communications with me. He always offered his legal and professional opinions to help get me get through the Utah court system. I would highly recommend Mr. Overson, especially to anyone who is incarcerated. He has superseded my expectations by resolving my "at odds" case within a 9 month time frame. Thank you, Mr. Overson for believing in me and resolving my two cases.

Hired Attorney E. Jay Overson

I would give the strongest possible positive recommendation for Attorney E.Jay Overson in criminal work. We assisted a friend in hiring E.Jay during his recent incarceration. E.Jay was able to facilitate the best possible outcome both with sentencing and later with release. He was prompt in responding to communication and efficient in handling matters related to the prosecuting attorney and to the court. Not only was he available when needed, but he was kind and caring as he worked with us. He explained actions to be taken and kept us apprised of what was occurring. Having a private attorney was well worth the cost in representing our friend. His fees are reasonable, he knows the best way to handle difficult situations, and he acts in a courteous and professional manner. Though I hope to never be in this situation again, should the need arise I would contact Attorney Overson immediately for legal assistance. I can’t say enough good about how he handled everything.

Hired Attorney William H. Leigh

Refuses to call me back, has no clue what is going on in my case. I am fighting DCFS for my son and he does not care about what will go on or what harm my little boy might be in if returned to his father. He does not care enough to do his job, I have no idea what do do with or how to help my case and this "Attorney" will not do his job to any ability let alone to the best of his ability.
