This guy searches for people's homes who have missed a tax etc payment and swoops in and tries to steal the property for half its value. Tax sale scammer. Only way to get out of the predicament is to pay his ridiculous legal fees. We paid our mortgage off, paid 33 yrs of property taxes on time. Inadvertently missed ONE. This is how he makes a living??? Profiting off others' hardships and misfortunes. And his office is across the street from a church ...the irony. Shame on him.
