About Law Offices of Chris Roubicek, P.S.

As a business law attorney, I have assisted in the formation of hundreds of business entities.

Any legal issue presents a challenge, but many people do not realize that their legal problems can be more easily resolved than they expect. When clients leave the Law Offices of Chris Roubicek, P.S., they often do so with a sense of relief. Since 1981, I have practiced law in Castle Rock, Washington, and I have served many clients residing in Southwest Washington.

Probate can inspire a great deal of dread. However, with the help of an experienced probate attorney, the process is far simpler than most people assume. Because probate is a large part of my practice, I am able to take my clients through the probate process quickly and efficiently. Sometimes, probate is not even necessary, particularly if the decedent had a trust.

I have consulted with Chris Roubicek on several occasions. He has helped me with estate planning, setting up LLC's and helping us handle the estate of my ex-husband's Grandma when she passed away. I have always found Chris to be highly ethical, efficient, frank in his opinions, spot on with his advice and very easy to talk to.
