As one of Robinson & Henry’s attorneys during its nascent stages, Managing Partner Donald Eby was instrumental in the firm’s transformation. Don's service in the United States Navy equipped him with the leadership skills necessary to oversee the firm’s expansion from one office in Castle Rock to eight along Colorado’s Front Range.

Outstanding team of professionals for handling evictions. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable and extremely competent. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and thorough job. I truly believe that our good outcome was a direct result of the work done by Don Eby's team--particularly the attorney assigned to our case, Dane Mueller. I would highly recommend this attorney. I had issues with a renter/property law. I was in constant contact with Mr. Eby who replied to my e-mails promptly and returned my calls. He lead me through a legal quagmire with skill, determination, and professionalism. I couldn't recommend Mr. Eby highly enough. This law office is now my home for all legal needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Even though very responsive to emails, more time should have been spent in the initial consultation explaining possible actions by a tenant determined to avoid payment of property damages, instead of just saying that I had a legitimate claim. The excessive fees for repeated reviewing, drafting, editing, compiling and filing of documents far exceeded the actual damages with no end in sight. The tenant was always a step ahead and finally threatened bankrupcy at which point I withdrew the claim.

When the opposing party threatened to file bankruptcy to avoid payment of any judgment, I recommended that my client consider whether or not she was willing to spend more money, time, and effort to obtain a money judgment against her former tenant.
