About Mr. Ryan Alexander Semerad

Ryan A. Semerad is the owner of Fuller & Semerad, LLC, the go-to trial law firm for serious cases in Wyoming since 1992. Ryan is a trial attorney who defends the rights of individuals in the face of criminal charges and related matters in federal and state courts across Wyoming.

Ryan is a graduate of Union College (NY) and the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He began his legal career at Jones Day in Cleveland, Ohio. Ryan then clerked for the Honorable Michael P. Gibbons of the Nevada Court of Appeals in Las Vegas, Nevada. After his clerkship, Ryan practiced in Las Vegas at Holland & Hart LLP.

Ryan relocated to Casper, Wyoming in 2020 and joined Don Fuller's esteemed criminal defense practice as an associate attorney. In 2023, Ryan became the managing member and owner of the law firm.

Ryan is an active member of the bar in Wyoming. He is admitted to the bar, but inactive in Ohio and Nevada.

Ryan is a board member of the Community Recreation Foundation, the chair-elect of the Criminal Justice Section of the Wyoming State Bar, and a member of the Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions Committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.

Ryan lives in Casper, Wyoming, with his wife, his son, and his dog.
