Front office experience is polished & welcoming which initially gave us confidence in this firm. Unfortunately, once payment was paid in full, any communication, receiving information & services became a major issue. Phone calls were not returned, emails went unanswered, phone appointments the attorney was NCNS (No Call No Show) on multiple occasions & there was little to no follow-through from the attorney or their team. Despite repeated attempts, for months, to get updates or responses or even get our own files, we were left in the dark. The contrast between how eager & supportive the firm was to get us onboard & to accept payment and how unresponsive they became afterward was extremely disappointing. Professional legal representation requires communication & follow through & that was severely lacking here. I would strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution & ensuring expectations around communication & services are clearly addressed in writing before hiring this firm.
