Mr. Cooper was recommended to me as a great probate lawyer. I was very nervous. An appt was made and I took all my information in to his office a couple of days prior as requested. We talked on the phone and it was obvious that he had taken the time to read what I had dropped off. He explained what I needed to do. When I said I was old and he talked fast and I couldn't keep up, he said he would email me the information. He did and I did what he said. I found out that I was going to have a phone hearing. I emailed him with my concerns. He responded with a time to call him again. I faxed the info to him. I told him how nervous I was about doing the hearing as it was my first experience doing this. He assured me that I would do a great job. I felt he had confidence in me and I in him. The hearing went well. I don't think I could have done that without his expertise.. I will recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.
Several years ago I consulted with Mr. Cooper regarding a noise abatement issue. He assured us we could handle it on our own and we did successfully by following the advice He gave us. In May of 2018 I was in a vehicular accident and due to the serious extent of my injuries and badgering from the insurance company I once again called Mr. Cooper. I cannot even begin to express how his expertise and compassion helped me focus on just healing. I have never met another like him. Good old country boy values with city know how.
My "problem" was solved without requiring Attorney assistance. Mr. Cooper replied to my inquiry with advice on a alternative avenue to resolve an issue with Tesla Energy. His suggestion of filing a BBB Complaint resulted in Tesla's fairly quick action to resolve the complaint. It's great when an Attorney offers an alternate solution that doesn't involve billable hours. That tells me he's looking out for clients. If I do need legal assistance in the future Stephen Cooper will be the first name on my list.
